Manage the acquisition of ready-to-build (RTB) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects and portfolios, ensuring smooth execution from shareholder proposal through due diligence, contracting, milestone management, and handover to Operations. This role works closely with legal, technical, and finance teams to evaluate project viability, structure acquisition processes, and track post-acquisition milestones, before transitioning oversight to Operations. The core qualification is to gain and understanding of the development status, the risks and mitigations in the development phases, the residual work to be done and communicate this properly.
