What You’ll Do
You will take ownership of daily office coordination, ensuring that the Amsterdam office operates smoothly and professionally.
You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a professional and welcoming experience. You will coordinate catering for meetings, events, and guests, and support the organisation of internal meetings and office events.
You will coordinate building-related services and act as the primary operational contact for building management and external contractors such as cleaning, maintenance, and facilities service providers. You will monitor service quality, address day-to-day issues, and escalate larger or structural matters where required.
You will manage employee access, including badges and passes, and coordinate responses to facilities, safety, or compliance-related issues.
You will have administrative duties, including light HR administration, travel bookings, expense submissions, courier & supplier coordination, meeting preparations, and other office-related tasks.
You will support internal communication on office and facilities matters and help maintain a positive, collaborative, and well-organised office environment.
Communication & Collaboration
You will communicate clearly with employees and management regarding office logistics, facilities updates, and practical arrangements. You will represent S4 Energy professionally when interacting with visitors, suppliers, building management, and external contractors.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure office and facilities operations align with organisational needs.
What You Bring
You hold an MBO+/HBO degree or have equivalent experience in office administration, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a support role. You bring 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, reception, administrative support, or facilities-related roles.
You have strong organisational and multitasking skills and are comfortable working with MS Office applications. You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
You are friendly, professional, and service-minded, with experience dealing with external service providers and contractors.
